Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns for most products within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a return address and instructions for returning your item.
Please note that the buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Once we receive your returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, less any shipping fees.
Unused, unopened merchandise can be returned for up to 90 days after delivery with a 20% restocking fee. To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a return address and instructions for returning your item.
Custom items are made-to-order and are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless there was a mistake in production. If there is a mistake in production, we will replace the item at no cost to you. Please contact us at [email protected] within 30 days of delivery to report any issues with your custom item.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damaged or defective item. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund, depending on the circumstances.
We ship our products from Canada. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or other charges that are the responsibility of the buyer.
